What if I can’t figure out how to connect a bot to my community?
At the moment we are working in beta testing mode, and at this stage, our manager helps our clients to launch a telegram bot.
What is the minimum number of subscribers I should have on my channel/group?
We have no restrictions on the number of subscribers, but we recommend using the MatchMe bot when their number is more than 1,000 so that participants have someone to choose their interlocutors from.
Are there any restrictions on the number of actions in the bot?
By default, all users have a limit of 5 likes per day. This is done so that your subscribers make a more informed choice of interlocutors. In addition, such a restriction motivates community members to return to the networking bot every day
Can those who are not subscribed to my channel/group use my bot?
A subscription to the channel is one of the mandatory requirements before launching the bot. The bot can only be used by subscribers of the channel/groups you specified, Anyone who is not subscribed to the specified account will need to subscribe to it first.
And if someone unsubscribes from the channel/group after they get access to the bot?
